What are the features of the Buyers CRM?
The Buyers CRM is perpetually improving with the help of our valued users. In the meantime, you can use the following features to manage your buyers in Buyers CRM more efficiently.

You can learn more about the details of the buyers by clicking them. On the Buyers Details page, you can find the following:
a. Buyer Details card: Displays the details of the buyer, including their names and contact details. You can also manage the buyer through the More Options drop-down menu.
b. Property Discussion Tab: The main communication channel in OnePropertee between sellers and buyers is Property Discussion. Aside from the discussion between the seller and the buyer, the Property Discussion tab also displays the properties the buyer is interested in.
c. Buyer Activity and History Tabs: These record a buyer’s preferences and active moments on OnePropertee.

You can reply directly to the buyer by clicking the contact details provided by the buyer. You have the option to use the following depending on the contact details provided:

You can keep track of the progress of a buyer by changing their status.

You can also use the following options to manage your buyers:

Filter your buyers by property easily. Just go to the Property filter and type the property title you want to filter with.

A date range filter lets you add a date range of buyer’s inquiries.

You can also sort each data column in ascending/descending order.

You can sort the buyers by last activity, showing you the buyers who have been actively looking for properties recently. You can use this feature to reconnect with recently active buyers and help them with their real estate needs.
