What are the Property Visit Schedule Roles?
Seller
As the Seller, you are the owner or authorized representative of the property. You are responsible for:

Presenting and explaining the property to our Buyer during the scheduled visit.

Answering any property-specific questions the Buyer may have.
Tripping Agent
As the Tripping Agent, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the scheduled property visit between the Buyer and Seller. Your role includes:

Coordinating with both the Buyer and Seller to ensure the visit proceeds smoothly.

Providing courteous and professional assistance throughout the visit.

Maintaining a neutral stance — your duty is not to sell the property but to support the logistics of the visit and uphold the trust between all parties.

Ensuring the visit is conducted with respect and professionalism at all times.
Both (Seller + Tripping Agent)
In some cases, you may be assigned both roles. As the Seller and Tripping Agent, you will:
